Feeling Overcrowded

“When your life is feeling overcrowded, look for an opening.” Determine your desired outcome, then remove the blockages.

In order to start giving yourself some room to move more freely and in a way that you wish, you need to remove some or all of what is causing the overcrowding. Take a look at all the areas where the overcrowding is happening. Take time to understand how it got to its current state. Get clarity on what the desired outcome (after mitigation or elimination of overcrowding) would look and feel like. Ask yourself what you can remove or stop doing. Reflect on where the blockages (excuses, explanations, rationale, etc.) are in your way of thinking that prevents or holds you back from making the needed or desired changes. If a visual tool is helpful, make a list of the advantages and disadvantages if you do, or don’t, make the changes. Go back and remind yourself why you are doing the work, and what the ideal outcome would look and feel like…the WHY should be your motivation. So…dig in, clear those blockages, and give yourself some room to manifest whatever you aspire to or desire.
