How do you react to DANGER?
This advisory was posted near my home recently. Admittedly, as a holistic counselor, energy healer, and spiritual teacher…I saw a way to convert this danger warning into a spiritual message.
STOP: Observe your environment before taking action.
STAY CALM: Don’t immediately turn and run away from the perceived challenge. It’s better to face it and work through the situation—if you run, it will just follow you.
APPEAR LARGE: Don’t shrink or lessen your strength and potential.
FIGHT BACK: If you are feeling attacked, respond from your Higher Self.
MAKE NOISE: Be willing to express your thoughts and feelings.
KEEP CHILDREN CLOSE: Stay connected with your Inner Child.
AVOID HIKING ALONE: It’s OK to ask for support from others.
PACK BEAR SPRAY: Have some go-to tools ready to access and use.
Danger or risk can be lurking anywhere…the key is to be prepared so that it is lessened or, even better, it never actually makes its presence known.
