Emotional Eruption

“Sometimes your emotions need to erupt in order to become calm.” Just as there is calm before a storm, there is also calm after a storm.

There are times when you may feel like something is building inside you. Eventually, that something will force its way to the surface—perhaps on a small scale (minimal impact), or perhaps on a large scale (huge impact). Part of what helps you survive an emotional eruption is your preparedness before it happens; another part is having the supplies and support on hand to help you recover and restore. Emotional eruptions are going to happen at some point or another in your life (and likely multiple times), so make the effort and investment to prepare yourself.
