“When you’re hungry, don’t wait for the food to come to you…go get it.” Only you know what you are hungry for, which means you are responsible for your own nourishment. The food you need may be emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual. Consider the type of self-food you are consuming…is it healthy and organic, or is it unhealthy and full of empty calories? Be intentional about what you need, and then be willing to seek it out. If you are close and just can’t quite reach it, also be willing to ask for help. There are a whole lot of food options out there so create your shopping list and get only what serves your highest good.
