Bring Things Into Focus
“When things are looking blurry, it’s time to bring them into focus.” This usually shows up in the form of negative or “bad-feeling” reactions and emotions such as irritation, frustration, blame, guilt, anger, and so on. This is when you know it is time to get out the magnifying glass or the stronger lens and look deeper to understand the root cause. This is also a great time to focus on gratitude and serving others in some way, as those types of activities reconnect you to the positive or “good-feeling” emotions, which will help you feel more balanced and “in focus.”
