STEP OVER OBSTACLES

“Sometimes you have to step over obstacles and feel your way through the darkness in order to reach the light that awaits you.” Getting where you want to go isn’t always easy…so, is it worth it?

You may see the obstacle on the ground right in front of you, but you still trip over it because you didn’t lift your feet high enough. The height of the obstacle may be difficult to determine until you get closer to it. No matter how large or small, high or low…take a little time to consider your options—use brute strength to lift it and move it, simply step over it, maneuver yourself over it, go around it, or give up and turn around.

If the path is filled with darkness but you see light in the distance…again, take a little time to consider your options—take one step after another, reach out to the side of you for possible support, pause and give your eyes time to adjust to see more clearly, or give up and turn around.

What you are willing to climb over and walk through depends how badly you want what you’re after and how committed you are to doing the work it takes to get it.

What are your obstacles?

What represents your darkness?

What represents your light?
