Strength = Interconnectedness

Strength_Interconnected_091620.jpg

“Strength is built from interconnected parts.” Inner strength doesn’t just happen; it starts forming from the moment you are born. It is built from all the pieces of your life, your energy, your motivations, your determination, and your willingness to connect with it.

Your strength is constantly challenged by people who cross your path (home, work, general); by experiences you have and experiences you observe; and by your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Sometimes, the challenges are those often-referenced “blessings in disguise.” When you are able to go within and draw on that strength you have been building, it can be a very validating experience and make you even stronger for whatever may come next.

We all have inner strength, whether we realize it or not. Many of you can probably look back at your life (no matter your age) and wonder how you got through it (whatever it was). Those are times when your inner strength was on auto-pilot and helped you get to the other side—the side where you actually stop and breathe and recognize what you did, and how strong you really were. Keep yourself strong by taking care of YOU. Focus on your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health…and let go of all that is no longer serving you. Take time to reflect on the interconnectedness of All That Is. And remember…when you are strong in yourself, you can be strong for others.

Do you know what experiences have built your strength?

Do you honor your inner strength?

Do you feel your connection to All That Is?
